Pretty sure this is just his way of humblebragging about his 0.38" cock.
Elon figures it didn’t work as a billionaire, but it will definitely work as a trillionaire, because any problem can be solved with money.
Michael Phillips said online on Thursday that he needed the procedure to improve his ability to urinate, which is difficult for him given that he is reportedly 0.38in (0.97cm) long when fully erect. Otherwise, he said he must continue to wear diapers for adults with incontinence every day.
This is a compelling reason. Let’s help the guy out. Donated.
Oh, he’s definitely going to do porn after this surgery
He must have a HUGE truck
I don’t understand why he wears diapers.
Women have even shorter urethras.
Yeah he could just sit.
don’t get why men don’t just sit anyway.
cleaning up piss is gross.
it’s a luxury piss, and I’ll be damned if I don’t sit down and take my time while on the clock.
How dare this man try steal my story and use it for money making.
Good for him
Wow under an inch? That sucks.
Under half an inch :o
Joking aside, what a rotten bit of genetic luck with which to get saddled. Best of luck, guy.
He’s about halfway there:

Wait…penis enlargement surgery EXISTS??? Why don’t all men know about this??? Hang on guys, I’m going to find out what the largest penis in history has been…and then I’m getting TRIPLE that size!!!
It’s my understanding that it’s more of a last case scenario kind of thing, like, most guys don’t want to have surgery on their penis and it can also have complications too.
Rumor is that’s what happened to Elon’s dick. Botched enlargement surgery.
The real question is, why isn’t this covered by Medicaid?!
I would say it’s probably not worth it just because you will most likely have sensory loss and erectile dysfunction which for most would be worse than the problem its self. Theres more risks as well, but those alone sound like a nope from me.
It exists, but the complications are prohibitive for someone that isn’t hit with disability level malformation. Plus, there’s a limit to what it can do
The surgery went a success but as a complication you can no longer get a boner.
There is a ligament that can be relocated to make a flaccid penis appear larger, but there is no enlargement surgery.
There are implants. Men are getting some gnarly complications like ED, infections.

/uj some of us are happy with what we got. Also there is a things as too big. I don’t want to hurt my partner.
/rj you sure you want 3 Steven Millers on your crotch?
It’s disgusting that Hasan the millionaire isn’t just using his own money for this.

I kinda feel for the guy. That’s a really unfortunate situation. He says it’s the size of a pinky finger nail. It’s gotta be hard for him to go to the bathroom, which he says is why he wants it enlarged.
Damn this is almost a transitioning operation. Give him a big hog now.
This is actually a great example of how the majority of ‘gender affirming care’ is actually for a person who is already assigned at birth the gender they are affirming.
This male, who was assigned male at birth, is seeking gender affirming care to become… more male.
He doesn’t need anyone to “affirm” shit, he wants to be able to take a piss.
And women who get breast implants after receiving a double mastectomy are simply restoring their body back to what it was, neither affirming or changing but rather ‘restoring’ the appearance. The category of operations received is still called gender affirming.
Anything that is manipulating the body more in line with the perceived gender is called gender affirming care.
And it doesn’t even need to be surgeries. Men with low T receiving testosterone shots is a form of gender affirming care.
And yes, I read the article.
It’s still under the umbrella of gender affirming care, as are men getting breast reduction surgery or hair replacement. If you’re implying it needs to be for sex, then I don’t think you understand gender very well.
Let him sit?

I commend him for publicly talking about it. I also commend him on his ability to admit his poor behavior. I genuinely hope he gets what he wants from this experience.
I think he should bring this before congress so they can add it to the list of medicare disabilities.
