The fake jobs have just been the worst. Literally half of the jobs I see go by anymore are the same AI generated job listing from dozens of different places and I don’t get what they are accomplishing.
Governments need to be able to claim that there’s jobs but people are lazy because without those fake positions their claims would be questioned by the general population and they would not be able to cut social programs.
A lot of them I see are basically bait and switch contact detail harvesting operations by recruitment agencies using fake, desirable jobs who will then spam you with real, shit job offers.

Basically scrapes employer sites and has way better search tools. You apply through the employer not through a middleware site. At least for IT work it was pretty effective and has way better search and filter options.

I’m not especially thrilled that they use LLMs, but tbh no one understands corporations better than the tools designed by a corporation for themselves. What’s their isolation policy, how do I know that my results aren’t feeding the fascism machine?
It does not have a lot of jobs in my region, compared to local sites.
It is mostly remote work in europe or us, and requires years of experience.
Man, remember job hunting? Increasing your wage? That shit was so important before ai broke the system
