So basically we’re back to the days of “I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few s

Do you have a source for this as the only sources I can find (e.g.) suggest that’s an order of magnitude out
I think they you so hard you accidentally a whole word there
People domesticate dogs before they domesticate horses.
By like 20,000 years or so too, I dont think people realize how long we’ve been domesticating dogs

World News@lemmy.world•'This is the last warning.' Iran threatens U.S. warships after they throw down the gauntlet for winner-take-all Strait of Hormuz | FortuneEnglish
4·14 days agoNo, they turned their AIS on on the far side of the strait to prove they’d transited, they left AIS off while they transited, presumably so as not to give Iran an easy shot if they decided to attack.
Iran claimed (on state media i.e. likely for internal consumption) they successfully turned back the destroyers but the AIS track on the inside of the gulf would seem to bring that claim into question.

7·14 days agoIran claims it launched a drone at them - they also claim they turned the ships back despite the evidence to the contrary (I.e. two destroyers on the inside of the gulf that weren’t there before).

31·17 days ago*According to Iran and even then they just say that he “has accepted these principles as the basis for negotiations”. AFAIK the only conditions the US had acknowledged is the opening of the strait.
This ain’t over yet and you (and the internet in general) really need to be less ready to swallow whole whatever Iran says just because they don’t like Trump either.
