Harrison plays a younger man in Shrinking than his true 83 years.

A time jump for the next season? So, the Parkinson’s (fuck Parkinson’s) will have advanced? I mean, it can’t be much of a time jump, maybe five years, max. I suppose it’s so the practice can morph into the trauma center under Gabby without making that the story. Also, Alice will be out of college, so maybe she joins the practice? I dunno what she’s supposed to be studying in college. And, also the baby will be five or six, which makes for more interesting stories.

Also gives Jimmy time to be in a nice long term relationship. Everyone can be in a good place.

We would need a reason for Harrison Ford to move back. The obvious ending would be his death, but I don’t think that’s actually how they should end it. You could kill off Ted McGinley. Flip Jimmy having the dead wife to Liz having the dead husband. I don’t know if I like that either.

I hadn’t heard of Shrinking up until now (and it’s capitalized regardless as the first word), I assumed the “descriptor” was from a quote about him, and I assumed “star” was just being used to describe him generally, so my brain tripped up the stairs for a few seconds wondering how Harrison Ford was physically shrinking. “Like height?? Does he have severe back problems?”

The sheer deluge of Star Wars questions is causing his atomic structure to undergo a very gradual implosion.

I thought it’s about his star power/popularity shrinking, which kinda makes sense, but then i realised “Shrinking” is a film name.
