Yeah saltwater is really annoying to deal with, so the setup+maintenance would be more expensive. But not impossible of course. Nuclear subs for example use ocean water for cooling. I think one solution is a closed loop with fresh water through all the servers and a heat exchanger to the salt water loop

If you evaporate it quickly enough it should not be a big issue I think
