How does this guy still have any money left to do this nonsense? I guess he made it to the big club George Carlin was talking about.
Apparently if you have enough money for a decent lawyer you can just refuse a court order to pay people.
It’s the inherent problem with the American judicial system, judges only utilize the full power of the court against defenseless poor people. When dealing with anyone who they see as belonging to their own class suddenly they have an infinite amount of patience and empathy.
This is by no means a problem with the U.S. legal system—it is its very purpose. It is the instrument of power that enables a tiny minority to rule over the majority.
The law has very little to do with justice, as is evident from the fact that Clarence Thomas is not in prison but is a Supreme Court “justice.”
Yeah… I would still classify the scenario as problematic?
That’s true, but only for ordinary people like us…
Yah refusing a court order seems to be the MO for these people now, it’s just ridiculous. Truly a society with a privileged class along with the executive privileges it comes with.
I’d rather see rich people taxed heavily, but if Lindell chooses to waste his money on this, at least he’ll end up that much poorer.
It’s an astute observation the wealthy tend to waste lots of money on pointless shit that doesn’t improve the world.
The reason these people win is because no one puts them in their place for doing this.
They’re like the entitled, spoiled fucks that harass and belittle minimum-wage workers for not putting mayo on their chicken sando. They whine, complain and yell until they get their way, rather than the manager stepping up and telling them to get the fuck out of the restaurant.
That is a very specific analogy. 😂
Jfc shut up and go back to slinging lumpy pillows
I can’t remember completely but isn’t smoking crack part of his thing too?
Yup, and I’m not entirely convinced he’s stopped doing that either.
Anything in a hope of keeping his name from vanishing from the news…
