Lmao apocalypse proof, except he built it on the beach so even a little bit of global warming would flood it right away. Apocalypse proof, except for that one actual apocalypse we have confirmed is in progress right now.
This has to be a photoshop. The water table at the beach is the same level as the surface of the ocean, so usually somewhere between a few centimeters to a meter.
Yeah obviously this is fake as fuck. It’s the perfect tech bro invention in that it’s dumb and flawed in every way and also already exists but better for a very long time.
It isn’t even good photoshop, the angles are all wrong. Like is it in the side of a hill? But it looks like it’s on flat ground? It makes no sense.
I love when capitalism loops back like that and rediscovers something it already was before they started adding shit to it to make it better and simpler and then just invent the original all over again and be like- I’m a genius.

Sand dunes at beaches are often above the high tide line.
Its still fake, and sand is the worst soil to build something like this in. But it is possible it wouldn’t flood at high tide.
but how deep could the not-cellar be before hitting high tide?
Depends on the beach. Certainly seen some that could be a few metres above the high tide line.
Yeah this thing would be floating with all that buoyancy
I just dug myself a whole palace beneath the ground, in the sand right at the shoreline.
