With all the tension from the past few days, let’s kick it off with something subtle. I learn a lot from you guys. No one is better than anyone else and we are all products of the company we keep. My point is that feedback (and even punishment) is intended to help people improve themselves, but if nobody gives someone a second chance after a first offense, then what good does it do?
This is my feedback. I haven’t expressed anything towards this guy before. How can I give him a second chance if I’m just now responding to the first one?
Don’t double down when corrected. Especially when we’re complimenting OP for taking a correction well. It makes you look sillier than the guy who made a roofie joke.
