I personally think Stevens is wrong (Rogers sucks more than Sayed), but Sayed is certainly problematic.
Bottom line is an endorsement by Obama is a much bigger thing than an endorsement by Hayley Stevens. If you actually wanted Sayed to win, you’d downplay what Stevens said and amplify Obama’s endorsement. Hasan is focussing on Stevens (ignoring Obama) to make a case against Democrats. It’s about 50/50 whether Sayed loses a race that could’ve been an easy win if had have been a stronger candidate.
