Does anyone know if algorithmic pricing tools are being used by Winnipeg landlords? I have heard real estate agents have been known in Winnipeg to buy up inventory to force scarcity and raise prices, but I don’t know about the rental market.
Even better, no schooling allowed at all, not even privately funded. Don’t let them get even a basic ticket to participate in general professional society. We certainly don’t need rich morons paying for their unvaccinated kids to get educated.

Serving in a foreign military involves swearing loyalty to that foreign country. What happens when that country attacks ours?
If one wanted to find work as a mercenary providing military skills on contract, that could be a different issue. But that’s not what you’re proposing.

What kind of pOS do you you need to be to vote for someone you don’t agree with? Why would you do that?
If we’re blocking forced labour products, does that mean we block imports from the US that have any production stages in their prison industrial complex? Or that go through any organization where the employees have to supplement their income with government sources just to reach the poverty line?

Major capitalist megacorporations are exploiting things behind the scenes in both countries. Canadian bureaucracy has just slowed it down more.
I can directly speak to the overwhelmed healthcare point. Conservative governments have consistently and deliberately underfunded and hamstrung healthcare in several provinces to make it easier to push for privatization. I have been in some of the meetings and heard it firsthand.
I was even in one meeting during covid where they planeed to announce creating a new long term care facility while explicitly telling everyone not to mention they were also closing two others.
Kind of suspicious. The primary Canadian suppliers of jet fuel don’t get most of their supply from the war zone. Why are their prices doubling?
