i havent been keeping track the Ukraine war all that much, i vaguely recall that the EU actually provides most of their material support now and that the US was more financial support? vould be wrong though

are you relatively financially secure (able to park couple grand in a stock, and not be tempted/forced to liquidate it) and willing to take investment advice from a complete stranger over the internet? could speed this whole process up greatly
