Yes, there is absolutely a pattern there.

This is completely unfair to Trump. Trump is not burning bridges, he is blowing them up, to use the materials to build a NEW BRIDGE!!
A much better bigger more beautiful bridge, actually the best and biggest and most beautiful bridge EVER BUILT!!
And he calls it the big beautiful bridge to nowhere. I think it’s supposed to end in the middle of the Atlantic, making it by far the longest bridge ever built.
So please people show some respect for the President will you?

OK as a non American I’ll take your word for that. But he still could have stated that if it reached the Senate, the Democrats would support it.

(Iranian) controlled passage through the Strait of Hormuz
ending the war against all components of the Axis of Resistance
withdrawal of U.S. combat forces
payment of Iran’s damages
removal of all primary and secondary sanctions
release of all blocked Iranian properties and assets
That’s a big fuck you Trump from Iran. And apparently Trump had no better options than to accept!

No it’s not random, it is a very well known idea, here it’s also called if a tree topples in the forest, and there is nobody to hear it, does it make any sound?
The idea is moronic like a weak form of solipsism, and is an obvious thought that can be derived from Descartes I think therefore I am. But where Descartes actually made a valid point, any derived ideas like this lead nowhere.
It’s completely irrelevant and does NOTHING to help understand reality.

Art of the deal. 🤣🤣🤣
But to be honest, I don’t think Trump will honor this deal either.
It like making a deal with Hitler, Trump will tear it up as soon as it is convenient to him.
Seems like Iran called Trump’s bluff. They Iranian didn’t give a shit, and just demanded everything.

That’s like solipsism, raving mad and irrelevant.

The cost mentioned in the article in points, each point is quoted directly from the article:
- US withdrawing its military forces from the region,
- lifting economic sanctions on Iran,
- paying compensation for war damages,
- allowing Iran to maintain control over Hormuz.
So Iran may come out of this war in way better shape that they’ve been for decades.

Yes I wrote desperate above, it should really have been desperate and insane.
If USA chooses to put boots on the ground, I am 99% confident it will go very badly for USA, and I am also confident the US generals know that too. If USA put boots on the ground I bet it’s because they are ordered to by the administration, against the advise of military experts. Usually when USA does that, they have complete air supremacy, and they have way more troops than what AFAIK is available ATM. I also think USA lacks defenses against FPV drones and maybe even artillery fire, and that would probably be the most logical responses from Iran. In previous wars where USA has been very successful, that was all taken out before land troops were applied.
This is an asymmetric war, and I don’t think there is any real way USA and Israel can win that. Iran is not seeking a military victory, they are seeking to damage the US economy.

Yes it is weird? I can perfectly understand how one can make that mistake, even as they are now.

Yes but you are right there is a risk Trump will do something crazy because he is desperate.
Hopefully it will mean article 25 for him if he tries.
But the record of American institutions stopping Trump is pretty bad.
But as I see it, he is blustering with no plan.

Same headline, but not the same journalist and not the same story.
IDK why they would post 2 stories with the same headline.

I’m guessing nothing will happen, Trump is desperate, and he thinks he can threaten Iran into submission.
But I can perfectly understand if the Iranian population is scared about what will happen.
It’s just a guess though, it’s not like I would put money on it.

They too had help from USA. Soviet only defended themselves, and instated another almost as bad regime throughout the countries they occupied.
There is no comparison.

Yep, doesn’t work in my country at least (Denmark). And since that clause is illegal IDK if that alone can invalidate it?

USA #57

pretending like they don’t suck.
I only claimed they suck less, and I 100% stand by that.

Maybe prosperity gospel is the wrong word, but he does believe that he can bend reality with force of will.
Not the part that requires to give anything. But the part that his belief somehow comes magically true.

As a European and USA being the major part in saving us from Nazism in WW2, and the Marshall help after, we tended to believe in USA as a force for good. And the moon landing in 69 demonstrated the American superiority at the time. So we chose to support the American global dominance because we had similar ideals of democracy and human rights. In EU today respecting human rights is even part of the requirements to be a member. Unfortunately USA has forgotten the ideals, and are now using their strength exclusively to serve the interests of the 1%.
USA blockading Cuba is an example, Cuba did nothing to deserve that, Trump probably wants to build big hotels and holiday resorts.
And yes it is double standards, like insanely immoral Christians that celebrate taking away healthcare from people, and killing brown people. Ironically a lot of those Christians are brown too?!!
Yes he will tear it up as soon as he is able to, but even accepting it for 14 days is a huge loss of face for him.
I also don’t think the situation will change to favor USA and Israel more even with a ceasefire, that allow them to restock and rethink their lack of a plan.
Trump is trying to push blame on NATO for not helping, seems to me he is preparing to TACO.
