I think that pretty much everyone would prefer to have a state where laws and heirarchies are well defined rather than some sort of make believe society that relies on every person being politically engaged and violence to exist.
No, I think plenty of people see any hierarchy as a suffocating imposition on their freedoms and person, an enabler of bad behavior, and an attempt at a justification for poverty and deprivation. Basically equality is the absence of hierarchy, and any hierarchy existing means equality has not yet been achieved.

I don’t think those people will ever get the consent of the majority which kind of undermines the entire concept of their society.
