It’s even funnier, since they disallow usage of it if you are from California/Brazil:
“Residents of any countries, states or territories that require age verification for operating systems, are not authorized to use MidnightBSD. […]”.
So the mantainer was is a hurry to implement it for people in countries where it is not illegal to not ask said information.

I thought that was the Dreamworks logo for a second lol. (I know what midnightbsd is)
Currently, it’s only age attestation when creating a user account though, no verification in the sense of someone/something actually checking that the reported age is correct.
