I was always kinda surprised by the success of this show. A couple of Jay quotes aside, it was just never particularly funny despite trying desperately to get cheap laughs. I’m not really sure how it got two films, either.

This article doesn’t mention if the original actors are returning. Although they might be too old now.
Inbetweeners fans will be thrilled and relieved because when talk of a reboot emerged last year, there were fears it might not turn out to be a telly project.
It appears to be a reboot, so most likely new actors. Maybe some will return as adults but they’re in their 30s now.

I’m both thrilled that there’s going to be more… But also concerned that Netflix might show what were really like to the rest of the world!
