He was a crack dealer. When a crack dealer gets busted and dies in prison do the crackheads sober up? No, they put their little crack lips together and find a way to get more crack. There’s another dealer, there are ongoing victims and there are other clients. We can’t let this die out because it has never ended (No offense to the crack addicted, addiction is a major nuanced public health issue)
