And how come it goes on your record as a felony even if you are found not guilty? The cops pull up your sheet and DNA is still entered into the system and no longer to own a gun or whatever like your pled guilty.?

    Might depend on your state. There are no gun ownership or voting restrictions where I live for pleading down to a misdemeanor.

    Bruh I got fingerprinted and it’s probably in a FBI database for a stupid school fight and I was a minor at the time. And there was no conviction. It didn’t matter regardless.

    Oh btw if you’re an adult and wanna immigrate to another country, you’re gonna have tl give them your fingerprints and probably even a 3d face scan nowadays (probably even DNA tests in the future).

    I think it will depend on State Law, but high court misdemeanors are treated like felonies.
