I had more fun watching the women’s rugby 7s at the Olympics than I ever did watching American football or soccer. I wish they showed it over here more often.
I spent $100 and watched the men’s rugby finals from the 50 yard line front row, including a vip area with catered food about 5 years ago. Could not believe tickets were so cheap for something that was so much fun to watch.
Rugby, for those wondering. It’s like American Handegg, but exciting, and players don’t wear shitloads of armour.
They also don’t stop every 30 seconds for an ad break. I don’t get what people enjoy about American football.
