Oh man, let me introduce you to Christopher Hitchens. Unfortunately dead now, he was an intellectual powerhouse who could cut down any argument for religion like a hot knife through butter. Start by searching Instagram for him. He’s also funny as shit. Incorporate some of his arguments against god in your conversations with people who insist that god has anything at all to do with your accomplishments and you should shut them up pretty quickly.


What we should have been doing for decades in this country is teaching people to be critical thinkers and media savvy. There are simply too many opportunities for unintended consequences when you try to control language. Our inquiries of the world must be based on rationality.

I have a lot of different favorites but the ones I’ve been thinking about watching lately are “Polyester” and “A Serious Man”. I really like both of those.

The majority of websites are task based and aren’t’ meant to keep you constantly engaged, they’re meant to help you find what you’re looking for and take an action. It’s really only websites that rely on advertising to support them that want you mindlessly engaged for as long as possible so they can charge their advertisers more.

Not only will this suck but it will also be very dangerous. A large company whose goals are profit and manipulation that is essentially embedded in society should not be allowed to have this kind of control over this facet of the public square.


Big business is the enemy.


“Brainwash” is the key word to understanding what’s happening here. We’re being constantly manipulated psychologically through propaganda and most people don’t even realize it.


How are we letting this become normal? Most of the American public will believe anything just as long as they don’t have to think too much about it.


Well, Zuckerberg was so successful with his pivot to the metaverse so why not?
