I agree, of course one must hope that the righteous way will prevail- but to assume ICE won’t kick down his door and shoot him illegally because he’s protected by the constitution and obviously he is doing the right thing - but it’s a bold assumption nonetheless imo :) I’m cheering him on! How would anyone believe that anything the constitution says would protect them when the sitting turd in chief uses it to wipe his ass? Trump admin couldn’t care less about the constitution. And it has no consequences.
