2·8 days agoI called them both helicopter and “pinch-nose” (pince-nez) cause you can open the seed pocket that is sticky and place your nose in place of the side. But that is not what is on the picture.

It is. I never though a cake could be this dense and yet light and it actually wobble on your plate. The flavor is very reminiscent of another cheesecake with a twist on the texture.
