Nintendo will be fine so long as they maintain control over their intellectual property and stay focused on the handheld market. Nintendo Switch (1 and 2) has sold nearly 200 million units. Steam deck, their closest competition, is closer to 10 million. Obviously the Switch has been around for nearly a decade. But handheld consoles are here to stay. Plus Nintendo is vicious when it comes to maintaining control of their properties… Which are beloved. Pokemon, Mario, Zelda… As long as it keeps those locked down and stays ahead of the handheld competition, they will be fine.

I can understand societal norms in certain places silencing women from fully disclosing sexual preferences and limitations. But, in my opinion, if you care about a woman having or faking an orgasm, you should also care about making sure you are both comfortable expressing your preferences and limitations before fucking.

Which is OK. But communicate that with your partner.

There is a reason his wealth has skyrocketed by billions and billions of dollars over the past decade. He doesn’t pay his workers fair wages. Being a billionaire is unethical… billionaires are the single biggest threat to humanity at the moment.

Assuming you understand others’ personal and cultural experiences, especially when you aren’t a member of that culture, and especially when you have more than one person saying you don’t understand that culture, is a bad move. You don’t have to “agree” or “disagree.”. Sometimes you can just listen politely.

I think you are conflating “media” with journalists, pundits, or personalities. I’m not saying only the billionaires are culpable. Instead, I’m pointing out that “media” as an institution is a mouthpiece for billionaire propaganda, as opposed to an independent institution that has been traditionally viewed (whether accurate or not) as a purveyor of “truth.”

More specifically, the billionaires controlling the “media.” While a bare few legitimate media outlets still exist, the "media’ the majority of the world sees is essentially edited propaganda for the billionaire class.

Unrealistic fiction. You have to make your characters more believable. Ex: The ceo begrudgingly thought about someone besides a shareholder for approximately 3 seconds, farted, then signed an agreement to kill another grandmother.

I’ll stop interacting online outside of a professional context. So this obviously sucks from an online perspective. It’s will dampen online organization. But hopefully it increases community level interactions IRL. It’ll probably be good for day-to-day mental health.
