English isn’t my first language and I’ve never felt that the word ‘shit’ was any more bad than ‘darn’. And when it comes to words that toddlers use, I find it much more important how they use a word rather than what that word is.

I enjoyed the first one, but the second one was a real let down. But it might also be that I stopped enjoying his writing and will find the first one equally as grating if I re-read that one.
