Neither actually. It sounds more like the e in permit or term, the u in uuh also gets close. They are not the most common sounds of the letter but I struggle to find analogous in English for the more common sound.

7·8 days agoOne major problem is the way this administration is trying to end a constitutional law. If it works for one amendment it should logically also work for others. Freedom of speech? Well if Trump likes it you can have it. A right to bear arms? Well as long as you are not against Trump sure. The law becomes meaningless at that point. If the administration was serious about ending birthright citizenship, they would go through the process of a new constitutional amendment, not try to seize the power to override the constitution.

1·1 month agoThe difference is that Israel continues to terrorize people until they are forced out of their homes or simply just demolish them so that Israelis can move in tomorrow, in a year, in a decade and so on. If I throw you out tomorrow, would it be bad of you to say “don’t throw me out”? What about the day after? What about in a year? What about when it happe again a few years later? Is it too late to complain about the first time by then? Palestinians are being ethnically cleansed in areas they have lived in for generations, that is still happening. That is the main thing Palestinians asks for to stop.

1·1 month agoWhere have they done that? I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you mean in a comment elsewhere. If you did mean their comment above, how do you suppose you are against a genocide if any opposition is equivalent to wanting a counter genocide?

I’m European and wouldn’t consider myself poor and I still think you are making irrelevant points at best or is simply wrong.
