not really. the majority of starlink’s connection is wireless.

fiber optic is faster if it’s available in your area. starlink is better for remote areas or if you want to bring WiFi with you in your car or boat or something

it wasn’t super easy, I had to buy a couple cables and adaptors, and a bag to carry the battery, which I strapped to my steering column. worth it if you need extra range.

i live about 10km (6mi) from downtown, so I ended up adding an extra battery so I didn’t have to worry about losing power after cruising. now I get about 80km(55mi) to a charge, going about 50km/hr(35mi/hr)
