what excuses are they making? They said that rhe problem is THE PEOPLE not the representative . And yes in my opinion the people are always the problem when a chronic issue keeps om and keeps on occurring or getting worse. The people are the ones who do the majority of the work to construct and upkeep car-centric imfrastructure not a random elected official… so shouldnt the people be the ones to blame instead when a chronic problem keeps on and keeps on occurring?

Bro if the average person in downtown phoenix held a weapon to the head of every constriction worker , architect , civil engineer in that district that proposed or attempted to worked on a new car -centric peice of infrastructure…what do you think phoenix would look like in 25 years?.. far less car centric thats for certain.
