Just to repeat that Hamas existed because israelis murdered Yitzhak Rabin, and then refused to give palestinians half of the holy lands stolen to them.
It’s quite obvious that the Palestinian Authority didn’t opt for armed struggle when faced with the ongoing illegal occupation of the West Bank by the israelis/terrorists, they were/are called naive or traitors for that, and where did that lead them ? The conclusion is that armed struggle is the only option and Hamas is right, while the Palestinian Authority is wrong.
Jerusalem/Israel/… is important for christians and muslims as well, it’s not as if jews would have been known, or even continued to exist, two thousand years later without these two much more successful religions.
(Also, all the so-called “jews” i know are atheists, so wouldn’t have been considered jewish 2.000 or even 200 years ago. I personally consider that an atheist jew is an oxymoron, and they’re only atheists, but that’s just me, and i’ll always prefer a virtuous atheist to a vicious (pseudo-)“religious” person)

I already discussed the solutions and it’s apparently forbidden to say that we(sterners) should give another territory to israelis/jews, or something deemed acceptable in exchange of the holy lands to palestinians/muslims, or something else. I continue to believe that we should discuss solutions instead of stating “Israel should disappear”(, or on the other side “Palestine should disappear”).
Hopefully it’s not forbidden to say that(, and that i’ll be given a chance to edit this selftext if i said something forbidden, instead of an instant permaban by the classic reddit powermods)
