Having recently seen the first trilogy among Nolan’s works, I wonder what opinions you hold about the movies in general. Seeing that I’m quite late to the party, I expect some strong and mature takes in the comments, but you are still free to voice any opinion you may have.
I used to deliberately avoid them for the express purpose of being an MCU fan, but after watching a handful of Nolan’s films I decided to give them a try, and I was not disappointed at all
Well that’s the dumbest reason not to watch a movie that I’ve seen for a long time.
Yeah I’m not really that proud of that phase. It broke after witnessing consecutively poorer quality shows and movies released after Endgame, after which I tried exploring movies from other franchises.
They were definitely better than the marvel movies IMO, like, significantly better.
Marvel movies are (mostly) OK if you view them from an action movie lens.
The Dark Knight movies were actually fairly OK as movies rather than just being action movies.
