From Owl Rescue Centre

We released 45 owls last night. All of them are special, but two are just a little extra special.

A pair of Verreaux’s Eagle-Owls that have been in rehab s for the last few months finally found their freedom.

They will more than likely stick around and enjoy the comforts of the sanctuary for the foreseeable future, but it takes a few years for them to mature before they get that twinkle in their eyes 😉
