Knowing the rain was coming, I still had to go see my new friend. 🦉❤️ I met her in the middle of a drenching rain, got completely soaked, my camera got wet, and for a moment I wondered if I was crazy for being out there. 😄 But then she gave me this beautiful moment… and suddenly, every drop of rain was worth it. 08/21/2026. There are a few rufous colored scops, but there is a Rufous Scops, though it’s more commonly called the Reddish Scops nowadays.
Besides the lovely rufous color, it also has rufous eyes!
