The only people confirmed to have been dancing in the streets in response to 9/11 were confirmed mossad agents. Israel tried to show videos of Muslims and Arabs celebrating the attacks, but all of them were people actually celebrating sports teams or weddings.
Yeah I don’t know about any of that, but it doesn’t surprise me - they are quite ghoulish. Steelmanning, even if the Muslim and Arab people were celebrating - that still doesn’t count as global celebrations.
