It seems to be a vial of some kind factory made with glue on the side holding a dark brow almost red liquid it doessend seem to be oil and it has surface tention im planning to turn it in by the firefighters but id like to know what it is

We still get medicine with that kind of packaging (EU)
Also eu i have not seen this kind of packaging before but it does feel fancy
It feels like “we haven’t invented plastic yet” to me I assume some components would attack or discolor plastic, or degrade in prolonged contact maybe
