    We don’t sell oil, we sell a bitumen sludge that needs to be refined in Texas because no one in Alberta went past grade 9 science class.

    These tariffs chicaned around potash, oil, aluminum, because they need that.

      We actually do upgrade it to syncrude in Alberta, and some all the way to fuel. Getting it out of the ground, when it’s semi-frozen into sand, is also no small feat.

      You can shit on Alberta for a lot of things, but “bad at chemistry” isn’t one of them.

      If you took 9th grade science you would know that bitumen is a form of crude oil and then you wouldn’t have written this pretentious post making a point based purely in semantics.
