I garden poorly and do canning! I got into gardening because last year (technically two years ago) my mother for purim gave me a bag of things and one was some san marzano like seeds. So last year’s growing season I planted those and it worked! I can because we use to can growing up. I’ve been canning before the garden but they’re a natural fit.
