Look at Mr. Fancypants with a real exhaust vent in the kitchen!
Only because its 80 years old building. Its not really even a “real” one. Its a hole in the ceiling that has a fan. Doesn’t even help with cooking because its so far away from the range. When we moved in we moved the range out from the middle of the counter-top because whoever installed it made it so there was only 1.5feet on both sides of the stove and you couldn’t prep shit in that space. Best it helps with is smoke, and I dont burn much food.
As for the range hood, naw that goes nowhere, but it throws into the ceiling.
