The new military service law requires all men under 45 to seek approval from the Bundeswehr to leave the country for longer than three months. It also obliges the military career center to issue it.

The granted Permission is not in the Law, its a sidenote in the administrative management and can be revoked without a law change…
Yeah I’m concerned as well but I don’t think its actually a crime or really penalized.
