China pretty openly trades with Russia, regardless of sanctions since China cannot be effectively embargoed or sanctioned. They officially take the stance that they disagree with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, but are politically neutral in their economic dealings.
I have no proof, but I think China has been financing and arming Russia.
If I were Mr. China, I would do that, and I’d help Iran, too.
