The chair actually has a reflection in this one. Apparently this is a fairly common phenomenon? Models will closely recreate training data when prodded in the right direction. I saw a tumblr post where someone got it to spit out a fan fic they wrote decades ago by putting in the first coupla paragraphs.
The AC has a slop brand name on it that isn’t in the original picture, “RTC tutorials.” I assume this is some kind of weird ad for that YouTube channels/etc, likely a “prompt engineering” channel that is itself all slop.
