They’re going to run into issues while both the PC and AC are running. Depending on how low they cranked the mini split, that conditioned air is probably going to be well below the room’s dew point - which will cause issues before anyone has the chance to do a clever shutdown/warmup procedure.
Fun gag, but don’t do this. Condensation will smoke your PC with the quickness.
Just shut the AC off and let the PC warm back up before you shut it down and it’ll be fine
