    It’s also nice to know how your meals were cooked. Is the restaurant using cheap quality spices that might have heavy metals in them? Are they heating up sauces in plastic liners and leeching an insane amount of microplastics? How about their Teflon pans, are they all scratched up?

    Not to mention employee hygiene and unsanitary conditions.
