Okay, I’m not saying this didn’t happen, but I’m going to ask for a source that’s not CNN. And any kind of bombshell reports like this about Democrats and coming from the U.S. state media need to be very heavily investigated because of who they’re owned by now and their well-known intentions to smear Democrats.
I understand that the justified scepticism, but this article provides a wealth of apparently supporting and corroborating evidence that something (likely nonconsentual) happened.

MS NOW spoke with the woman at the center of the allegations, a former Swalwell staff member, who confirmed that she made the sexual assault allegations first reported by the San Francisco Chronicle and later by CNN, which cited three other women alleging various kinds of sexual misconduct by Swalwell.
CNN is owned by Ellison, the second richest man, and MAGA loyalist, who also bought CBS. He also owns Warner Bros, HBO, Paramount, and more. They are all part of the Conservative Propaganda Machine.
