millenial here, living with fibromyalgia for 30 years before finding a doctor who actually believed i am in constant pain. also have a joint disorder that is probably ehler danlos but have been refused diagnostics by every specialist within 3 hrs of me bc the list of qualifications to just be TESTED are completely out of reach. i have debated paying for a dna test outta pocket but it is too expensive so i will have to just live with the pain with no treatments.
btw, apparently rheumatologists “dont treat fibro anymore” so my management there is pain medication from my ARNP. lol. america is a fucking joke
