That’s not true intelligence is a heritable trait and many people were born to be morons and will never be anything but morons

It’s best to think of intelligence as a range. Each person is born with their own unique range due to genetics. Where they get within their inherited range is mostly due to education and social circumstances

That being said, no amount of education and money will turn the average Somalian into Thomas Edison. It’s not socioeconomics it’s genetics
