A $1.1 million class action settlement has been reached with Team Group, Inc. over allegations that it deceptively advertised the speeds of its DDR-3, DDR-4, and DDR-5 DRAM computer memory products. Eligible consumers who purchased these products in the United States between May 3, 2020, and April 8, 2026, can file a claim for a pro-rata cash payment. The claim deadline is July 7, 2026.
I thought it was a well known fact that non-JEDEC compliant OC speeds would need some tinkering to achieve. Guess I was wrong, which in this instance feels weird.
