Seriously every other post, every sub seems like nothing but politics. It’s so boring and disgusting. What made reddit great at one time was the diversity of genres and depth. Lemmy is very shallow and politically motivated it seems. I have been here since the Reddit exodus. It’s always been this way.
Do different Lemmy servers have different content?
Are certain severs curated?
Where do I find the depth and deep subject matter.
Besides politics it’s mostly technology, and humour. That’s basically because only a very specific kind of person has chosen to be on Lemmy, at this point.

You’ll notice it’s mostly .world, because that’s by far the biggest instance, and also not very political.
Lemmy.world is highly political, just for liberalism, the standard in the western world.
Apolitical and standard-political heavily intermix.
Dot world is incredibly political — it’s just pathetic liberal reddit politics.
Less so that .ml. If OP had asked over there most of the comments wouldn’t be shaming them.
Because OP is a reddit liberal, like dotworld, who assumes their own politics are normal, and everything else is “political”.
I wish r/highqualitygifs would migrate to Lemmy.
