    Tortilla chips are the ultimate delivery mechanism. Chips and salsa, bean dip, guacamole, or queso. Combine some or all, or add cheese or protein and you have nachos. Or eat the chips just for the salt.

      I have to ask, what is queso for an American? To me, a Spaniard, it is the word cheese.

        Emulsified cheese sauce that’s semi-liquid at room temperature and used as a dip, usually with a few chili peppers or some salsa mixed in. Basically nacho cheese sauce but slightly spicy.
