No, fascism is the marriage of corporations and the government, which allows them to legalise forced labor and genocide in order to drive down labor costs, monopolize whole industries by force and thereby maximizing profit. Fascism got adopted as the moniker for these types of governments because Mussolini made it very explicit with his “All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.”, but that doesnt mean that the idea started in Italy.
