They have a whole division for pushing HOA’s to partner with them and “keep the places you call home safe.” So it’s not even just Governments you need to wonder about, HOA’s can just install them. So if you can’t find anything in Government documents, it’s entirely possible a nearby HOA did it.

This is just Chuck Lorre shows in the last decade or so, Big Bang ran 18-22 minutes towards its end, Bob Hearts Abishola was similar. So it’s not that far off what Lorre does. His netflix show Leanne also is similar, it has a lot of 19 minute episodes, a couple slightly shorter, some as much as 22-24 minutes just based on what I am looking at.
