Not knowing much about the legal system in Norway, I have to ask, will this person actually end up serving time?
Artist, musical performer, and former derby skater from the Midwest.
I’m single, childless, and married to freedom and adventure.
ACAB, Anti-War, and I hate Democrats, Republicans, and billionaires. (Yes, even your favorite billionaire: the pop star, the philanthropost, the legendary athlete, or the soft-spoken investment guru who cosplays as middle class.) With each passing day I get a little closer to hating everyone.
Also, I refuse to use Donald’s last name out of hatred for the man and his brand, FYI.

I have Brave, which has the best native ad-block and it works perfectly on YT, so the ad thing has never been a problem for me. And since YT still lets people access a mobile page on their phones, it blocks ads there too.
As for PeerTube, my dislike of it is the look and feel, lack of useful content, and that these things seem to be true even on the largest instances. I do agree with you though in that using FOSS and federated applications is a vast improvement in many ways. I do my best to promote their use. :)
You’re doing great, Mocha!

You can joke about it, but European regulators in the tech space are doing important work that rolls downhill to much of the world.
It sounds like a very good thing to me that Europe is maybe going to force Tesla disclosures and/or force them to work out the bugs in their tech.

I hope the people making decisions at Dell all get ass cancer.

He’ll try, but it’s not going to matter.
The only positive election news Donald has had has been the Republican primaries. His candidates have lost nearly every election in 2025 and 2026 and if the Blue MAGA party is still up 14% in November like they are right now, it’ll be too overwhelming a response to rig.
For me, the truly worrying development was the Blue MAGA governor in Colorado pardoning a literal traitor who tried to help them rig an election. That she got off scot-free means others will, and that it’s a simple matter of getting dirt on the right people at the right time.

This is what happened: 100%.
Donald wanted another distraction from the Epstein files and he got one. Another little bit of script for his reality show presidency.

You couldn’t pay me to drive a Tesla, and that’s doubly true for Tesla on “autopilot”.

I wish it were a simulation. If it weren’t for Israel, it would be arguable that the Epstein Class has the Federal Government under total control. Instead, we’re all beholden to the Israelis because everyone in power had their dirty deeds recorded by Epstein and Israel has that information.

Grift upon grift upon grift upon grift, and repeat infinitely.
I remember being a little shocked when Donald sold the Resolute Desk for ad space to Goya during his first term, or using an NCAA championship visit and dinner to the White House to promote a host of fast food brands, but that was small potatoes.

Exactly.
The repeated nonsense about ceasefire deals is just market manipulation, and we’ll still be discussing this war in ten years, as both of our ruling parties are beholden to Israel and love capitalizing on war spending for themselves and their donors.

Live and let live.
I only care about other people in so far as their habits are disruptive to other people’s peace.

I am going to look into bridging my content, but PeerTube (at least from what I’ve seen) is just massively sub-par. Still, it’s no excuse for not doing the bare minimum since bridging requires nothing other than the initial setup.

I’ve been disappointed watching billionaires discuss the evils of Donald and Epstein and, presumably having some very intimate knowledge of the two and their crimes (in Gates’ case via her former marriage), and still opt not to disclose it to the public.

I hate that something this pithy feels like a victory.
I am looking at a god.
Clearly.

The only upside I can think of is that financial instituoms have much better fraud detection these days.
I actually had to call my credit card company and go through a four-question verification in order to buy my new scooter a week ago.
Still, don’t let LLM’s make decisions for you.

Yeah, package delivery is a physically active and intense job, and even more so when you’re stuck doing it for Amazon with their dystopian speed quotas.
Super shitty stuff. Let people have some fucking A/C.
This pleases me.
Justice for connected people here in the US is basically never guaranteed, as we’re seeing now with Harvey Weinstein and recently with Bill Cosby.
